1p finds at Tesco thread

Nothing in the Ashby store, no correct bar code tea bags. No harpic (i've never found any) No mice (I really want one of these!) No Black Magic, they don't even sell the bigger box.

None of the correct dove but I managed to buy the normal fragrance and the SA let me have it.

Not a full wasted journey because I wanted some milk but there never does seem to be anything 1p in Ashby... or am I just too late?

Just been to 3 Extra's and no black magic, even found myself scanning the ferre rochas's "just in case" .But was'nt a wasted trip as found 5 finest frozen strawberry tarts, the 50p ones:j It was in the Western ave on the A40, and I have left 2 at the back if anyone wants one. They had the new ones and the old ones were at the back. These definately had just been put out, because I always check, so as I always say "Don't give up":rotfl:

I looked at the black magic in my Tesco today. They were priced at £4 and had bonus points if you bought them. Are they the ones scanning at 1p? There was no price checking machine to check them.
I did manage to buy Tesco Naturally toilet cleaner RTC for 50p with 2 bottles of Dr Pepper free with 2 vouchers. The Dr Pepper was on offer 2 for £1.80 but the vouchers took of £1.08 for each bottle so I only paid 14p for the toilet cleaner.

Ok Thanks. They only had the £4 box today. Tempted to go to a larger Tesco for a look but dont think I can face Tesco twice in one day!

Got the chilli nuts from Kettering this morning.
I only took six so lots left for others.
Pasta sauce back to 20p again.
Only bought 1 to replace the one I used this week.I have plenty to be going along with.
Long expiry dates but my cupboards can't cope!

quick question, but is mysupermarket quite accurate on stock levels? only cos i actually need pasta sauce and everytime i've been in, theres none of the 20p one there, yet mysupermarket is saying there's stock? should i waste my petrol to find out?

got refused a mouse today, take it I have no grounds with CS, the manager was very rude about it too !!
