Thanks for that- won't bother checking out again then.
I wonder how many folks have been really interested in mice recently?! Just think of the fun the security staff could have homing in on that aisle and the chocolates!:rotfl:

i know what you mean...i do that at the moment as i dont have a printer... but i also have 3 children, a full time job and currently another one on the way.... it could be just 'baby brain' but i am so terrible at remembering things, even with my list, i feel that i need 'visual aids' to show me the design on the packaging.... i have been tempted on may occasions to take the laptop with me to Ts...haha.

I just suppose im worried that if i cant get online for a day or so, that i will miss out on something.. (quite sad, i know) - but withthe list, i can keep track of it easily rather than having to re-read 20+ pages each time i am away.. :) x

does the list get updated daily though? some of the glittches are so quick to come and go i'm not sure if they all get onto the list!

Im in Doncaster. Dont get to Mr T's as often as I would like (everyday!) as I dont drive so have to convince OH as often as possible that we really REALLY need more supplies :D. He is getting easier to convince now I have a little stockpile growing :T

Which store do you go to? My nearest is Woodfield but I have only ever found 1 metal toy story basket with 3 choc eggs in for 1p. Shelves are always wiped clean of the offers mentioned on here!

ahem, cough cough that might be me, although i have found doncaster is pretty rubbish and is hit and miss (mostly miss:() with the 1p items

town and balby seem to be the best bet as both have self scanners

although never seen any roses or harpic in donny.

can we keep each other updated of finds and non finds, might help me save a trip or two:D

just nipped out, nikkilala you have more willpower than me i couldn't wait until the morning! black magic and jugits all scanning full price BOO! Got 2 superdad socks though (not that he is a superdad)

ooh forgot to look for the choccy custard in balby extra would you guys report back if you go before me x

yeah i think so?.... im quite new to this so not 100% sure, but the last few new 1p items have been put on there, like the tea bags n custard etc, so i would imagine so.

I mean, i dont rely on the list totally, i like to read the posts too, and make my contributions.. but i do find it a big help. .. hopefully once i have gotten to know the list a bit better, ill be ok then. But the newbies (even newer than me) i think would struggle... if that makes sense. x

    I've been Money Tipped!
I'm also keeping notes as i read through. Planning an early trip if I don't hit the snooze button too many times. Just hope I don't draw too much attention as I check all those bar codes. Must remember reading glasses. Fingers crossed, just 1 bargain and I'll be a happy bunny.

Thanks to everyone sharing voucher deals. they've helped so much.

Following the discovery of this thread hubby has agreed to return to Mr T's. He had boycotted them due to terrible customer service, but has now relented as long as I get a bargain.

The worst part about all this is that I have 36 boxes of the finest Belgian chocs, over 40 of the roses, and now some lovely rich mains, sides, and deserts from sainsburys + wine..................... and I'm coming to the end of my second week of Atkins! So cannot touch a thing!!! My wife will need Atkins if she eats my share!

Judging by the recent spike in chocolate specials at Mr. T it looks like their confectionery product manager was recently replaced by some work experience dude! :D

Now I'm waiting for a Lindt glitch - there surely must be one coming up soon. Oh, and some nice coffee glitch please!

If you like ground coffee it's on sale at Sainsbury's. Price seems to vary store to store, but I got some half price £1.25. Hope this helps until a nice glitch comes along.
