    Who posted on HUKD? As HUKDers aren't really associated with us, they may be viewers only and not contribute as we all do. Shame really. :(

    :cool::snow_laugVOTE IT COLD!!!:snow_laug:cool:

    I read and comment but would never steal from this site and post on theirs. Yes, I view it like a "them and us".

    I'd hazard a guess that the reason the beer glitch was closed so soon was the fact that someone posted on HUKD and from there it went viral :mad: Still, I couldn't have fitted any more than the 16 I'd got into the car. Actually I could but it would have meant leaving the kids in the car park. It was a close call but the glitch finished before I had to choose :beer:

    Evening ALL, :D really enjoy reading all the stories on here, this one is my contribution.

    It has previously been mentioned but further confirmation on the cheap WATER GUN, bar code 5052319324099 scanned at £1.
    Newer stock has different code ending in 192. (I think thats the one mentioned on pennyitems, but probably scans at the SEL price of £5?) The guns are no different!
    I got the last 099 one on the shelf in one of the Norwich stores and have also checked the other that only have newer stock.

    My fun today....... got 'trouted' for price checking and requesting item to be cancelled at self scanner.... (well with no store self scanners and a queue at every till what else could I do?) So I opted for not self scanning my tray of 9 Roses........ Spotted a pleasent looking young lad on far end till, who nearly fell off his stool when I paid 59p cash for 2 x 650ml fairy liquid, (yes, I also had the £1 off each,) and my choccies. My face probably looked something like this... :o Bless him for not saying a word.

    After these went in car I returned for 2x lenor and 2x ariel stain remover, and paid with £3.58 cash and £6 worth of vouchers. If i'm not mistaken that receipt should also result in £3+ of RTD :j

    Thanks Mr T! :T This is getting more fun every day! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    can i just say a hello :wave: im from norwich also but dont have the best of luck finding any 1p bargains, nice to no someone else on here is looking for them and having luck :j

    I'm upset the spreadsheet has been posted on there too
    Not sure I agree with having a spreadsheet at all tbh
    Big like DTD where newbies coming in and not doing the legwork of following deals reported on the thread and just using the SS, whereas us oldies know them all off by heart.

    i agree, i'm fairly new on here, but i read all the posts and don't need to refer to the penny items list, i think it should be deleted if possible, otherwise tesco are going to cotton on even sooner than they already do
  • I missed out on the choc custard, shelves were empty. The thin mints also scanned at £1 for me, so took them back. Managed to get 2 jug it's for 1p each.

    Oh for anyone that likes Rusks or has LO's, my local T's are selling the double packs for £1. The single packs are £1.37p. I bought 5, should last the LO a while. =)
    I hate twitches, but I LOVE glitches!!!

    OTOHY the HDUK site is badly designed and hard to navigate so no buggre will be able to find it again anyway
