    Hi,
Just wondered if you knew that there is also a Tesco misprices thread which MSErs post on to spread the info.

    Cheers

in fairness to adam those have been posted on the board in various places not his fault if not on misprice thread!

rollerskates were on one of the tesco threads but as you can see there can be a few of those knocking around at one time,

Please press the thanks button when someone has helped!

OMG!!! I'm soo excited! (Yes, I know I am very sad!)

I was just checking the storefinder to see if there were any stores on route for somewhere I'm going tomorrow and I noticed they do a tesco iphone storefinder app, it also tells you where abouts to find items in store which I thought would be handy, and as it's free I downloaded it :)

You can set a store as your homestore, then you can scan the barcode (or search for details) of items and it will tell you where they are in your homestore. So I scanned the nearest thing to me - 1p koko truffles and it showed as unavailable in my store - which I know to be true, then I tried the 1p roses which were again unavailable in my store - which I'm pretty sure is accurate to as they wouldn't let me buy the last 2 today so they have probably been taken off the shelves. Then I tried the sweetcorn (which had LOADS in stock yesterday) and it confirmed they were 8p (on offer) and gave me in store directions.

So, I'm hoping this app might be able to give us an idea weather a 1p item is available at our local. I don't have any other 1p items to try out, but if anyone else fancies downloading this app and trying to work out if it's telling us if things are in stock or not, or whether it just doesn't recognise 1p items?

That's where I got the info from! Riversway Cumberland sausages, SEL £2, scanning at £4.39, DTD £4.78 and rollerskates were stickered at £8.67, SEL at £12 or so, DTD £6 approx (can't remember exact prices as the sticker was 1/3rd off, so makes the numbers hard to remember). This was just over a week ago.

    Cheers,

These threads move so fast it's hard to keep on the ball, eh!

If only we could keep everything on one, it would make it soooooo easier. Imagine how fast THAT thread would move along though, phew!
