Found the wrapping paper in a nearby Tesco Express! Woo! They had two different varieties to those mentioned so far - dinosaurs saying "GRRR" and a pink princess/fairy design. Both scanned at 1p :jElite 5:2 #54 12/13 lbs (18 Jan) 1st Target :j0

With in-store purchases, once the sale has been accepted (ie you've paid), there isn't really anything they can so about it whether they like it or not - wouldn't worry about it.0 -

What can they say/do? They set the price, you pay the money, end of. They're hardly going to ask you to bring back the 1p items but if you're worried, could you take the item back without a receipt? Or, you could try getting a refund with receipt from a store that isn't your local then if that doesn't work go to your local without the receipt and try again, that way they won't associate you with the 1p items.0 -
