Just to report found these tonight in my store, correct barcode but they scanned at full price of 89p I think it was. There were loads on shelf too.

What time did you buy yours thepearce? Maybe I should have gone earlier.

Missed the start of the whoopsies too as had gone off the scanner. Still managed a few bargains so I'm not too unhappy. Also found the Maxwell House 70g pouch for 50p so thanks to the OP. :T

I scanned one tonight, wrong barcode, but just in case it was also 75p.... but no ...


and whilst I was putting it back, saw someone with what looked like a wombled receipt in their basket, eyeing the razor up to, so hello to you if you're reading this !

I have tried too as found some flavoured Finest Mayonaisse in the reduced section and all had BBE May 2011, had been there a couple of weeks and wondered if may be reduced further but wouldn't scan. I did wonder if stickers were put on on to stop the original barcode from letting them sell for less. One of my local stores has done this quite a lot with items that are later reported to be a penny. :mad:

My dad got one of the finest mayonaisse from a reduced basket thingy in the middle of the store on Sunday, it didn't have a reduced sticker but on the basket were marked at 49p. I went back to the same store the next day to get one for myself only to find they had moved them to the reduced groceries shelf with a yellow reduced sticker for 69p :eek:

So they are sort of doing what I thought. They are selling them for 55p in mine, 2 flavours an onion one I think, think other might have been garlic but not sure.

Dad said there were 3 flavours - Garlic & cracked black pepper, roasted onion (I can see both of these on the website) and the one which he got extra virgin olive oil, all are 250ml.
