21 packets of 1p cheese sauce yesterday and a couple of 40p washing up liquids, still plenty there although the 20p pasta sauces were all gone but the sel and gap on the shelf suggests they had them.
will continue the search

I used the Colmans 1p cheese sauce mix last night when I made a lasagne. I usually make my own sauce but for 1p I thought I give it a go instead! Well it was perfect, I did use two packets as when I made up one it was a little thin for lasagne so I added another packet and a bit more milk. I shall definately be buying more, at 1p of course!:rotfl:

I'm so jealous of all those 1p finds. Whilst I do keep having a good look in my local I suspect the manager doesn't allow any to be left on the shelves in Redditch. I've come to that conclusion since the Easter eggs that they had loads of on the Sunday night had completely disappeared from the store by midday on the day they were rumoured to have gone to 1p. There is also no way of getting a price checked without going to a till (be it self scan or otherwise) and queueing.

Everyone who does not have a self scan in local stores MUST put a customer comment into the box at CS.
If you mention how difficult shopping is when many SELs are missing or incorrect to the extent that you cannot shop within your budget. Also how tiresome it is trying to find an available checkout operator to do a price check which involves queuing when a self scan price check would be instantaneous!!!

They will take it on board especially if numerous requests are made!!!!!
