Hello just back!

Yes we have 24/7 opening up here - its fab only days it closes early are xmas eve, boxing day and new years eve.

Anyways, checked out three stores Springburn, Maryhill and Silverburn and no joy in any:(

For the record I think the best stuff's been cleared to make way for new spring promo cleaning stuff - looked all over and the best I saw was £1 for the tube of 16 foil mini eggs, 50p for Cadbury mini eggs to £2 for the bigger packs. Cream Eggs still £3 for 12, £1.50 for six or 4 for £1 in Springburn:(

Only Hello Kitty eggs in Maryhill still £1.50 and the 12 packs of Cream Eggs £3.00:(

Silverburn had heehaw!!! Although I did come across two 1p Tinkerbell mugs with a use by March 2012 - same as the Disney Princess and Cars ones - pic below. Got these for my nieces but that was all that I could find sorry. They were in the reduced home section bizarrely x

Price changes can happen anytime after midnight, usually between 3am and 7am.

One to watch: Tesco Naturally washing up liquid 500ml was 40p (3rd reduction, around £2 full price) in Swansea FForestfach on Saturday morning. Not showing on line so can't post a picture but it is a transparent bottle with a green leafy 'n' - like the other items in the range.

Just spent ages looking for items with no sel. Took to opticians till to check prices as there is no self scanner. No luck!


I did find 12 of the cod roes tins though

Easter eggs not reduced in my store in Bristol, still £1.50 :eek: dearer now than they were before easter when they had all the buy one get two free offers.

Likewise; I can confirm that easter eggs are not 1p (yet!). This was about 11am today.

I guess they could go to 1p anytime from now.....so updates would be great fellow money savers!

I did manage to get 13 jars of chestnuts, BBE end is 2013! (berbastrike, I am not going to have a bath in them! )

Got quite a few christmas 1p items now, so I'm thinking of doing a Christmas hamper in December. A few for family and friends and a couple to a local charity.
