Phonebox direct help needed
Options
HI
I have made a blunder and have deleted or lost the original emails sent when i placed my phone order. Though i have saved the cash back form.
On it i need to put my referance number or PBD number that would have been sent in my confirmation emails.
I have been able to dig out all the hard copy info that was sent with the phone and on the top of one of the bits of paper detailing my new phone number what phone they have sent and serial number for my sim card there is a referance number. Can any one please confirm if this is the same as the PBD number please

Zorber, I have 2 phones with Phonebox Direct and when it came to claim time, I got the 2 PBD ref numbers mixed up.
I contacted their helpline - told them my mobile numbers, and they supplied me with the PBD numbers AND the dates my claims needed to be submitted.
Fantastic!0 -
Thanks for your help both of you.
When you emailed them did you email sales or aftersales.

Hi.
While we're on the subject of Phoneboxdirect here and cashback claims could somebody please confirm that I have understood their ts & cs correctly.
When making the first claim they talk about sending the original bill that arrives showing you've been connected for 4 months (120 days).
Does this effectively mean that I send the 5th one I receive? i.e. I was connected on 23rd June (and my first bill received was dated 23/6) so I send the bill dated 23rd Oct.
The rules are so strict I don't want to make a mistake and give them any excuse to get out of the claim!
Cheers

Yes you are right - Basically count 120 days from the date of connection, and the bill you have that shows you were connected to that network on 120 days is the bill you send:)0 -
