National Lottery- scratchcards

The only way to guarantee the safety of the card is to send it special delivery to them - but then who pays for that? Considering its their fault I might be tempted to ask, but it'll cost you another phone call.
If it was me, I'd send it to them with my details on the back and a stapled covering letter.

Go to your local national lotto office (as they are all over the country) explain to them and Ask them do it right there in front of you.....

it doesnt need to be scratched off to find out if it is a winner or not!!!

take it to any lottery retailer ie. newsagent etc.. and ask them to scan teh barcode that will tell them if its a winner or not!!

At least that way you will know that it is defo yoru ticket!!!!

This definetly works as a newsagent a few years ago, used to scan them and only put out for sale the dud ones keeping all the winners for himself!!!!!! It was in the papers about 5 years ago. He got sent to prison if i remember rightly!!

That won't work anymore as now there is a 4 digit code under the scratch off panel that needs to be put into the machine after the barcode is scanned
