Cloned on the internet lloyds tsb card

Please help me, my card found out this morning has been cloned, not sure if on the internet or in a shop but they have been using it to go on an internet site blizzard to get war games, used it for 2 loans against my address and have also taken out money, what do I do? I have contacted the bank etc but online what do I do? Shall I take my card off all my online shops like amazon etc?

How do you take loan against a card?
I think that whole of your identity has been stolen, the card is only one of the things.

You will have to take your card of the shops anyway, the bank will stop the card.

Order your credit reports to make sure you are aware of all of the things they have taken out in your name (loans, cards.. etc).

  • You mention Amazon. I have had, in the past, debit and credit card fraudulent activity. Twice on two separate Smile debit cards and once with a Smile credit card. I'm not pointing any fingers but the common denominator on all three occasions seemed to be Amazon. Each time was very soon after making Amazon purchases and, no others elsewhere in the interim.
On the third occasion, I mentioned Amazon the the Smile fraud dept. rep and all he could say was to advise removing card details off Amazon and only entering them for each purchase, then remove again. He always did!
Maybe coincidence, but since then and doing just that there's been no problems!
If the bank has stopped the cards then that should be enough. However, I'm paranoid, so personally I'd remove their details from everywhere!
