Good morning

where is everyone?

I went back to bed this morning with some painkillers as after my 12570 steps yesterday, my hip was killing.

Had my halfcost order this morning ;) am very very pleased with the quality of the stuff :) although the cat cards i ordered for my mum for 50p turned out to be xmas cards, so i think i will order a few more packs as they are a good price for the boys to give out at school and the street :)

a nice day here at the moment so the washing machine is on, got a load on the line a load in the machine and 2 loads to do.

no wet bed this morning thank goodness :) the vinegar in water solution and the neutradol worked a treat, but i did buy a new waterproof matress cover yesterday.

Not sure what i'm doing today yet, althougth i need to go to boots and get/order some drynights.

    Morning Claire.

I'm off to the bank and try and catch up on the 1001 jobs I didn't get to yesterday as I was called into work.

    Catch you all later :D

PS: anyone who needs inspiration and has a spare few hours, pop onto the diary boards and read MemoryGirls make do and mend thread. It's very positive and she has some good recipes on there too.

  • Morning Claire,
I am parcelling up Vie and Cambridge orders and will do a load as well as nice day here after the blustery winds yesterday.

Poured with rain almost all night.

Busy day and off out tonight for Vie meeting!

    Catch you all later

  • Morning everyone.

The sun is shining here, but for how much longer?

Got a fairly relaxed day at work, doing reports!

    Love to you all,

  • Morning all

Poured with rain here too, thought it was never going to stop  Have collected lots of water for the garden though. Looks like it might start again shortly!

Work has turned really busy which is good but a little bit.. waaaah!

I'm asking for some help here.

I want to set up a website for work. It doesn't need an on-line shop, just purely a site showing where we are and what we do.
So, where do I begin, I've had a bit of a google and I think I need a domain name and a host to start with.

    Claire, I'm sure you've got a site/shop, any tips?

    PM's welcome :D

  • Wow it's quiet in here today!

I have nothing more productive to add other than: my boy started at nursery this morning (just 2 mornings a week) and I've been sitting here all morning waiting for a call from my DW to tell me how he got on - I've got no fingernails left!! :o

.....and all that I knew was the hole in my roof!

What timing. House on market for letting and got up this morning to water dripping into the bathroom through the shower electric switch  Need to go and see my neighbour to get hold of a roofer. This may take care of a bit of my remaining savings :(

Going to see two rooms in Newcastle this afternoon - see what their definition of 'large' is.

Now need to spend some time on jobs.

I must be going mad....Went in Primark and they had ankle high uggalikes for a fiver...so I got a grey pair....Admittedly they are rather comfy and will come in handy for when I have long days at uni/need to go pick nalle up/general cold feet.
Got my uni timetable, am in 9-3 and 10-4 Thursday and Friday, and in Monday and Tuesday for odd hours. Have Wednesday off so that's a nice treat :D
