New PAC code

If you are expecting a PAC Code and it doesn't arrive, I'm sure they are able to cancel it and issue a new one. On that basis, I see no reason why they couldn't provide a PAC code before one has expired but the old one would have to be kicked out first.In the beginning, the universe was created. That seems logical to me.
