What was the BIN price paid..was it £9,000?

Highest these things reach is under £6,000....Hmmmmm
  • Soolin, what's the new listing number?

  • Whether the whole story was manufactured or not, it did occur to me as soon as I read it that it may well have increased the car's value, and that it may have been the seller himself who contacted the press (or had an agent do so). If I were the mother who allowed a 3-year-old to "buy" a car on eBay, I think I'd be too embarrasssed to publicise the fact!

He didn't win the car, he just made a bid, which was then retracted by the seller. Keep sleuthing though.

I reckon it might be this one :

Note that it doesn't show as a relist (but that isn't conclusive of course) and this time they are auctioning rather than BIN' ing it.

I'll watch to see what it closes at, although I have no real idea what it is actually worth.
Personally I'll keep my black C3 any day, the pink car looks rather horrible.

Incidentally there is another one listed here:

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1991-NISSAN-FIGARO-STUNNING-IN-BABY-PINK_W0QQitemZ200031242890QQihZ010QQcategoryZ18238QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

but I decided that it was more likely to be the first as it appears to be a garage selling it.

OK, sorry I didn't see that one. Yes that's obviously it.

Expensive though compared to the other ones listed...
