Hi guys thanks for all your help
I have downloaded malware bytes but it will not open on my desktop??
any ideas ?
Thanks again0 -
Are we talking about the installer or the programme itself?
If it's the installer which won't run, redownload malwarebytes but change the name of the file. Also right click and run as administrator.
If malwarebytes has been installed, right click and run as administrator.
The malware may be clever enough to by-pass malwarebytes...0 -

If you are having problems trying to open Malwarebytes try Superantispyware Portable which should shift enough for you to be able to run Malwarebytes.
You will require access to another pc/laptop and a usb memory stick.
Full instructions in this link................http://www.superantispyware.com/portablescanner.html0 -
Save http://dl.surfright.nl/HitmanPro35.exe to desktop
Then Hold down the left CTRL-key when you start Hitman Pro and all non-essential processes are terminated, including the malware process.0
