By the by, but i've just noticed on the testandvote site that their vouchers have changed from Amazon to Pixmania...

maybe it's time for me quit using testandvote. I hardly ever make up points anyways and never get picked for any product testing.

I'm sorry this is a bit confusing are you saying that MBNA's site is telling you to contact the the retailer?

As far as I am aware if you are in dispute with a retailer you contact the credit card company in this case mbna and request a chargeback form. That arrives a week or so later, you fill in the form and send it off. The card issuer then investigates. Some of them will do it over the phone. I'd advise you to phone up mbna and request a chargeback form.

I think i will just have to write of the money i have lost to them.

Just avoid them.

To sumarise i ordered of them they charged me they then delivered the wrong item i paid to send it back.

And now they wont give me my money back.

I've never had a problem with them. I've ordered a printer and three cameras. I suppose it's down to how they fix a problem if it occurs.

I once had a printer from dabs.com which was damaged upon delivery, I received a replacement the next day!
