If you dont like the advice/help given...go elsewhere. There is no need to be rude and obnoxious.

What about when you are accused of fraud after asking for help mate? I guess that is a-ok with you.

    1. why would your last employer not stamp the p45 they are required to fill the form out ..
    2.a p45 is a tax certificate
    3. no because you already have a tax certificate
4, yes if they did a search of tax records

    1) they are not required to stamp it, most don't
    2) no, you misunderstood, a tax certificate is what they send back to you when... forget it, im out of here, but thanks anyway for the times when you were actually trying to help.

I do actually know the answers to most of your questions, but due to your attitude towards other posters here who have tried to help you, I'm also out. You can help yourself.
"Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."

Forum posts are not legal advice; are for educational and discussion purposes only, and are not a substitute for proper consultation with a competent, qualified advisor.
  • Not to get all caught up in the weirdness, but didn't you say earlier you're on gardening leave? Doesn't that suggest you are still employed by someone? Or is it that you've told the new job you're on gardening leave and don't want them to find out that was a porky?

Cheers though I already found a forum where people actually answer the questions asked instead of wasting everyone's time.

Judging by the quality of responses in this forum, Justicia, I think I can rest assured that you don't. :money:

I am on a type of gardening leave though it is unpaid, I just cannot join a competitor.

Thanks anyway for the slandering, I'm done with this thread. It seems as though everyone in this twisted forum ignores your questions but desperately tries to accuse you of something??? LOL well done ppl :T

Cool, I just reported you for abuse. Cheers

I completely agree with everything Sambucus said so you're welcome to report me too, you clown.
    It's someone else's fault.
  • Actually post no 2 gave you the correct course of action.

Parts 2 and 3 of the P45 will include your previous employer's tax reference but should have no other identification. But play safe and do not give this to the new employer.

P45s from job centres can often be recognised. Again, do not pass this on.

Complete the P46 and you will have a code of 647L Month 1 applied, which will probably be accurate enough.

Send the P45s to HMRC, explain why you did not give them to the new employer and ask them to ensure the appropriate code number is issued.
If it’s not important to you, don’t consume it
