  • how about new pots boiled till just soft then slighty crush with a fork, smother (couldn't bring myself to say drizzle :eek: ) with olive oil and herb of choice then put in the oven til crispy.

    help me decide :)

    Im roasting a chicken

    We are having roasted butternut squash, sugar snap peas, possibly carrots
    and a creme fraiche mustard & mushroom sauce

    What potatoes will "go with this" :confused:

    ( not mash, I dont think I agree with mash & chicken!)

    How about slicing the potatoes (kinda like thick crisps) and layering with the sauce, slam it in the oven till cooked and crispy topped?

    Just a thought.....:D

    Yeah, I would - make the sauce as if to serve, then do your potato thing. Maybe top with cheese.....?
