If this was me my "better choices" would be not not to log on to my fitness pal:o:rotfl:

I chose not to log anything on Saturday or Sunday, but thought I should face it today, and deal with it. I cant carry on as I am :o

I eat when I'm stressed, bored, lonely, depressed. You name it, I'll find a reason to eat :o

Well a bitter-sweet moment for me. I have just cleared my loan (which I have had since at least the year 2000 possibly even before that!) so technically would have been debt free today, but of course I have bought my car, so now have to pay that back - should be about 15 months before debt free now :(

sammy sammy I'm a good girl, I did my run and fell over spectacularly! I hit an up-a-bit paving slab and could feel myself going over, thought I'd stopped it then skidded along the tarmac a little. Funny and I can laugh now but was my face red! I say the slab attacked me!
