I went on a course about different people, well actually it was difficult people but I'm not saying these are difficult people behaviours. Some people plan far ahead. Some people like deadlines close to. Neither are wrong - they are just how you are!

Excellent day today, felt all

New job with afternoon boss as all day boss Basically he sent me an email with a few thoughts in it and then popped up later in the day to talk about them and a few other bits. He's the kind of manager to say 'this is your brief, I'll let you manage it' and you know you can just get on with the job and ask stuff as you need to.

Slight hiccup in the day when halfway through the morning I fell part way down the stairs from my attic office. My ankle (on the weak side) just went over - again - second time in 10 days and I fell 2 steps to the 'turn ' in the staircase. Very lucky as the next 10 steps are very enclosed and I'd have been hitting the wall all the way down. Got up in a 'bloody hell, that's my street cred gone if there's a secret CCTV camera up here' but got a few aches and pains now in my ribs and arm so I'm going to get a bath. Don't get baths very often - mine is a 3/4 length one and you can't stretch out and lay down but it'll do for tonight. Weird about my ankle. It hasn't done that for about 8 years and then twice in just over a week. Probably my fault for bounding round the corner to the top of the stairs with my new lease of energy these days - I'll have to go back to graceful and sedate :rotfl:

And - MSE tip of the day - whilst we want the cheapest deal possible

Congrats on the debt freeness and loan freedom.

BB its odd but my ankle(s) do that and they don't do it for ages and then I will have a rush of "oh !!!! here comes the floor moments* I have to be so careful in heels.

ohh heck, according to myfitnesspal, i have to do 500 more calories worth of exercise to make up for what i have eaten today
