I am considering registering for talk talk phone and broadband services and was wondering if there is anyone else who has joined this service near to the waterloo area of liverpool. If so, have you had any problems?

Yes I'd recommend TalkTalk. If you love being on hold for 7 hrs or more and still can't get any issue resolved. If you don't want broadband til the end of next year . If you want your phone bills higher than they ever have been. And if you want to end up a gibbering, shaking wreck making baskets and wearing a nice, tight white jacket.... They tell me it's a straitjacket but it don't look very straight to me. Hmm,, now where are my crayons?....

Thanks iv'e changed my mind it doesn't sound worth the hassle I think Talk Talk is so 'not' the way to go.

Am on TT broadband have had no problems with it. Brother had problems with connection dropping, got rid of the TT software and set it up manually, been fine ever since.
