Well I started off this week a bit dubious about whether this was a good idea or it would make a difference. You have a big convert here now!
I can really see the difference in the house and I didn't accomplish all the tasks on each list. The house feels more organised and I have that more relaxed feeling when I sit down not looking at a messy home..

Shysarah - so glad it's working out for you! If you can get into the habit of it I think it's a fantastic system. A little bit each day makes an unbelievable difference.

use mayonnaise, apply to stickers and leave for a bit, the oil in the mayo should loosen the glue;)robberbutton wrote: »Started peeling off the 100+ stickers that DD(2) stuck to our wood floors but gave up (ugh, bye bye varnish!)
If you've no mayo cooking oil will do - but, because it's more viscous, the mayo stays put. Use a plastic spatula to loosen sticker. Hot (soappy) water will lift the mayo.

 Valli, Thank you
Fortunately the stickers are coming up really easily, but will try the mayo and see if it saves the varnish at all. Not while the kids are running around though  :rotfl:Go to the ant, thou sluggard0

Not a brilliantly successful day as very little done from list but have been helping DS declutter the cupboards in his room (which may well become ours again when he goes to uni) and sorting out foodstuffs/cleaning stuff/kitchen stuff etc for him. Need to plunder some of the boxes in the attic as I doubt I really need to buy much at all!
Dinner is cooking, the WM and TD(too damp now to dry) are on and there are only 2 more bits of washing which will have to wait until there is a full load.
TTFNMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0
