I've just looged on to my account and didn't get the preview link, but checked my details and the box for emails and special offers wasnt ticked so I've done it now, we'll see if anything comes of it.

i complained as been a customer for many yrs and always pay on time and havent had any discounts or priority slots yet ...havent even had the new book sent yet

Earlier this year I cancelled my Directory, purely for environmental reasons as I never use it to place my orders, I always search online. Up to that point I think I always received VIP and preview invitations but after that point I didn't receive any.

In August I decided to reorder the Directory and now I have received the preview invitation!

So if you don't have the Directory it may be worth ordering it if your potential savings will be more than £4.

hi ive got the book, the tick box for recieving offers/emails is fine and i still didn't get a xmas preview i think its totally random.
