I think it's quite unfair really - I have ordered a LOT recently and not just clothes, but furniture too; I have a catalogue an account and always pay in full and on time!! I still don't have a code and was going to buy my kids winter coats today, now I don't think I will ....

I emailed them to complain and this is what I got back:
