I think they've gone off me. No VIP slot for the last three sales and no discounts. I would say I'd make a protest and stop buying but I know I won't

Quite surprised they have not given me one they are trying to get me to spend my credit limit has gone from £500 to £1000 to £2000 in the last few months trying to tempt me to have a spend up.
Will keep checking though, is it possible for anyone who has got one to put a link to the preveiw so those who have not go one can get ourselfs even more jelous lol :0)

Just wondering anyone that HAS got a preview and discount ...in the past have you also had VIP slot' s in the recent sales
i complained as been a customer for many yrs and always pay on time and havent had any discounts or priority slots yet ...havent even had the new book sent yet0 -

I spend very little with the catalogue (i buy a few hundred punds with them in the sales),and when i do always pay off in full.I always get a VIP slot, and the twice yearly discount on the preview book.I would love to know how they allocate...as it does seem unfair on those continuosly buying through the yearx0 -
