    ...My question is this-

I just want to check something, as I am a little confused. - If npower pull this offer off the market, in the six weeks it takes to process my application, will the Go Fix 3 offer not be available to me?
    Please can someone advise.

    Many thanks
If you are accepted for the deal, you'll get it.
It only usually takes a matter of days at the most to get accepted (sometimes it's done in seconds!)
But it still takes a minimum of 4 weeks, and more typically up to 6, for the switch to actually occur.

I logged into quiddo, and clicked npower, and then clicked cashback, and it only gave me info on their tarriff "juice" I then clicked "See how much you could save! compare npower prices, go fix 3 was on there, but one of the terms of npowers go fix 3 is that you have to go via an energy broker website.

Some limitations can occur when you go via a cashback site.

When using a cashback site, you effectively go to the suppliers site (or sometimes a third party site) via an affliate link.
That can on occassions limit the choices on offer.
(I've experienced similar where I wanted to pay quarterly on receipt of bill but via the cashback site they only offered payment by monthly DD)
If your choice is not available when going via a cashback site, use the best paying comparison site that offers cashback (although the amounts and differences in cashback from the comparison sites is often not worth spending too much effort maximising, imo)

Edit: Finally, in regards to being a new customer, that essentially means you are not an existing customer.
Your current bills will say the name of your existing supplier.

    Hi bundance

As long as you're not with npower for your gas or electricity at the moment, you'll receive the cashback from your chosen cashback site. The only time this doesn't apply is if you're simply switching tariffs and are already with us.

As Premier explains, if you're accepted on our Go Fix 3 tariff, this is the tariff you will be signed up to.

Northern Electric is also now part of npower.

    Hope this helps

"you have to be a new customer of thiers (or any other npower group company) unless we permit otherwise in which case you will lose any benefits of your previous npower tariff and may not be able to return to that tariff later;"

UKpower says that npower combines the former electricity and gas supply businesses of MEB, Calortex, MEB Powerline, National Power Energy Direct, Independent Energy, Yorkshire Electricity and Northern Electric & Gas
    .

I know northern electric no longer exists.

Does northern electric count as an Npower group company?

I used to be a customer of northern electric in the early nineties.

Does this mean I am not a new npowewr customer, and that I wont be accepted for the npower deal?

Sorry to panic, I know I have to act fast, due to price hikes.

    thank you
