After much help from Donnie and aliEnRIK my computer hard drive has decided to almost give up the ghost.
Need a new hard drive and don't know where to buy one. Can anyone help?
Information on the top of the drive in the computer at the moment says
Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 120GB ATA/133HD
Where can I get a replacement please?
If any more information is needed please ask
Thanks in advance:T

Currently got 120GB, so I'm thinking stick with the same. The size is right for what we need. Price wise, maybe £40-£50 ish?
Thanks Donnie. Do I burn that to a CD once it's downloaded?Sealed Pot Challenge Member 1216 -

Also need new RAM, I currently have 512MB DDR PC2-5200
Would this be a suitable replacement?

According to the Crucial system scanner the computer can handle up to 4GB, so would I be better with 1gb or 2gb?Sealed Pot Challenge Member 1216 -

If you are using the Crucial scanner, I would buy the memory they suggest. Some people say stay away because they can be more expensive, but I like them

You won't need 2GB, 1GB will be more than enough, 512MB should be enough. Are you sure you need some?0
