Another notice stating that I now owe £125 to be paid by 11/10/10. Needless to say I'm not paying it.

It just proves they are getting desperate for your money, just continue to ignore utterly
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Hmm, well as I hadn't heard anything for a while I was hoping they'd given up pursuing me, but I was wrong. I've now received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd. They've said that if I don't pay it, they're going to pass it onto their litigation team and legal recovery action may commence.
I still don't intend to pay, but I'm hoping nobody turns up at my door.
Thanks for your support

If anyone does turn up at your door (it happens occasionally just to try frighten people into paying) remember they have no powers unless they have taken you to court and won, you can legally tell them to f off. I doubt anyone will turn up though as it is quite rare this happens.0

Debt Recovery Plus letters can be predicted, for picture previews of the letters you will be sent, please see the top thread 'PPC letter& scams, what to expect' here, plus read other threads too:

Debt collectors are toothless and will NOT be sending the boys round. They can't, hence the flurry of threatograms you'll get in a pathetic attempt to scare you into paying money you DO NOT OWE.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
