My daughter have just had a ipod touch for her birthday. Me not being technically minded was wandering which is the best website and cheapest to download music and games.

AFAIK the only way to get games onto it is via iTunes. Music can be from anywhere - use Tunechecker as linked on this site to find the cheapest for each song.0
