iPhone cooling off?

Upgraded to iPhone 4 finally yesterday - it asked for iTune 9.2 to activate?!? spent the next few hours on mobile broadband, but keeps stopping. So basically, this contract will cost me over £1000 in the next 2 years, and the phone doesn't work out of the box - plus I'm out of touch for a whole weekend. :mad:

Will try again later, need to make calls; but intend to take it back tomorrow morning. Do I get charged if I use the minutes, or internet?

read that Tesco charges alot for internet on cancelled contracts, no idea if Vodafone does the same.

I'm not sure exactly what problem you are describing - are you saying that the phone will not activate when connected to itunes?

I can't get iTune downloaded. and naturally iPhone doesn't come with iTune on a disc. It was an upgraded in store, the sales person confirmed the 7 day cooling off.

well the iphone is not faulty , find a wifi connection and download the itunes software
7 day cooling off period does not apply to mobiles bought in store
