I recommend Cafe Ritazza over Starbucks, I have been boycotting Starbucks ever since I bought a latte at Glasgow Central and it collapsed all over my trousers as I was heading for my train.
And now with 20% off I won't mind so much if it happens again!0 -
Not sure if I am posting this in the correct place but RAC members get a 15% discount in Roadchef Motorway Service Stations. These can be obtained in Costa, Wimpey, their restaurant and shop but not from the forecourts or Travel Inns. May be useful to regular motorway users. Thanks to everyone for their continued posts.

If you are really serious about saving money on food at stations then I have one simple tip for you - DONT spend ANY money there at all. Buy all you need before you arrive - yes even from a nearby high street outlet. Did you know that WH Smith add a massive 10p onto the price of most chocolate bars at stations? So just find a nearby newsagent ( not on the station) and save. Need a coffee? Try a Wetherspoons pub and get a decent coffee AND a muffin for just £1.25.
I travel through a big mainline station twice a day and wouldnt dream of spending my hard earned dosh there no not even with a discount card! Bite card? No the bite isnt big enough for me but its a clever way of generating sales on the concourse.............0 -

Thank you so much for putting Railway Station. It drives me nuts when people in this country say Train Station - we are not in America!!!!!!Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0
