Tiscali/TalkTalk email problem

Tiscali/TT changed it's email pages today, and only once this evening have I been able to log on, and not to all accounts we have. It says exact words
a)
Check new mail
Could not connect to the specified mail server. Please check your account settings.
and
b)
Your mail box is 100% full.
You have reached your mail box capacity and all incoming mail barred until you delete some emails to make more space.
I know they aren't anywhere near full, I checked them just after lunch (old pages) and deleted all spam etc. There's probably about 200 emails waiting for me to get them to Windows mail. Do you think it's just teething problems, and I should wait until tomorrow? Will I be able to download everything tonight by getting Windows mail to check for any emails on Tiscali?
Typical really as I know someone has sent me an email that requires an answer a.s.a.p. Many thanks for any advise.

It's now reverted to the old system, managed to download the emails in 3 accounts, but can't get near the main one, which of course is the one I need to access. Oh well, I suppose I really need to get to bed, instead of bothering about emails at this time of night. Perhaps all will settle tomorrow.0

Its Tiscali/Lineone, only happened for Saturday evening/night. Whole email area of site looked different, managed to open email once, then every address said couldn't access server and mail box full. Since Sunday it's reverted to the old design, which I much prefer. Were you testing something or is it going to go to that new style permanently?0

I've been having problems all week too - very slow response times on email; locked out (currently says an engineer is investigating) or thrown out. We're an old Tiscali customer. Yes I too have had enormous problems since they 'finished' the upgrade. Currently out of 5 emails we have only 1 tiscali mail is actually getting anything regularly, and that is very slow to open, 2 others have received nothing, 1 has received 1 item (spam which I thought was what this upgrade was about) and 1 has had 2 from mailing lists. The one that's receiving the most is only doing so because I asked that all Freecycle notifications came as they were posted, and I changed my MSE email address so I'm getting those now too. How much I'm not getting is anyones guess. I'm certainly not getting any Ebay, Paypal and suscribed newsletters to Lineone.net address. I'm thinking now of moving to some other ISP.0

Me too - also have Tiscali email. One account seems to be getting some mail, but am sure that some is not getting through, another keeps not getting connected via Outlook as it says connection timed out (guess due to TalkTalk slow service) and another says that the account and/or password are incorrect - which I know they are not! The latter started getting email non-delivery messages sent to senders last Thurs/Fri but I could log on - now I can't log on. Sent query to TalkTalk via their Contact Us form on their web site twice now....... no reply.:cool:0

I may have to eat my words! I have just ignored the message in red on my email login page, and logged in to ALL my accounts. Only 1 has no mail (but that got mainly spam anyway) but the others all had mail, all opened fast, and all mail opened fast too. Perhaps you should ignore the red message too, Thriftyknickers and try to login. I hope my accounts stay speeded up, and not go back to their slow speed and failures.0

I have setup a Gmail account and I am moving most stuff to that.Tiscali mail like the rest of Talk Talk is so unreliable.0
