exoansys return problem?

May not be the best forum for this but if it isnt can a mod please move it?
I ordered a new hard drive and it arrived on Thursday, unfortunately it is completely dead out of the box. So I went onto expansys site and tried to download the rma form, but all I get is a lot of blank boxes when I open it up?
So I then ring up expansys this morning, only to be told to ring back on Monday! Obviously I want to return the drive but cant open the file :mad:
Can anyone help or is there anything you can suggest?

This works fine. No problems at all opening it up !

Sorry it doesnt work for me in the way I think its supposed to, all I get is their name and address. It is supposed to be a form that I email back to them apparently??? Last time I use them of course.Old Faithful we roam the range together,

Get a viewer for MS Word here be aware that when you click on the blue ' here ' it will automatically download to your usual default download location.

I'm running Linux (Ubuntu)
The ONLY way I can see this RTF properly is to import it to Google Docs and view it!!
Looks like they are trying to make it awkward as possible to get a RMA! lolLaters
