Well I finally managed to download etc etc and with google docs managed to export it to a doc file, but it really shouldnt be like this. I have sent them the email requesting a full refund, I will never use them again.Old Faithful we roam the range together,

Glad you got it sorted [ ish ] S0litaire may be correct a lot of companies make it conveniently difficult to RMA in this case it was a bog standard word doc and beautifully made with editing facilities..
I've just downed the doc again / wrote to it / sent it to one of my addys / got it back, and it's fine my friend.Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. Guess you used Microsoft Word to open it!
Try it with open Office and see if it works. (just as an experiment.):jLaters
