Wow - you are making amazing progress on your debt, I am impressed and a bit jealous too.
Good luck for Wednesday - don't forget to come back and update if you do it
Thank you so much. I have to say it has been more my husband's hard work and can-do attitude that has got us here. He has worked an amazing amount of hours to do it. Not to mention then coming home to a wife with PND and supporting me through it.
This debt journey so far has really strengthened my marriage and made me appreciate what I really have.
Still things are going to get tight next year and anxieties are high here about it so hopefully we will have a good week.
Need to get my app sent off for some evening work and then hopefully I can get on with adding my contribution to the extra earnings.
Christmas is shaping up nicely though as I have managed to buy another 3 presents using "free" money from survey sites and ebay sales :j
Going to try Bingoport after seeing twinmum's diary so see what that is about?

Wow I have been had my bid accepted for some freelance work. I know I have massively underpriced myself but until I get some work history behind me I don't know the best places to start.
It will be an extra £50 fixed fee for some spreadsheet work and data uploading. Better than nothing and gets things moving.Debt August 2009 - £30,525.50Debt Paid February 2011

Need to do my freelance work tonight but am exhausted. A pipe burst in the kitchen today so have spent all afternoon trying to clear up the mess. The kitchen was an inch deep in water and then the water found it's way out to the hallway, bedroom and living room.
Hoping tomorrow is a better day!

Thank you! I was hoping to pay a debt today but I think we will wait until tomorrow so we can enjoy it if that makes sense :jDebt August 2009 - £30,525.50Debt Paid February 2011

Well my computer crashed last night so I though I had lost over an hour's worth of work but it seems this morning everything I did is there! Thank god. I just need the second part of the job so I can crack on with it and get them invoiced!
Right I am going to see if British Gas (one of my hubby's creditors) will talk to me today regarding settling. If they take 75% I can reallocate the other 25% to paying off another debt. That would make me very happy indeed!
The dehumidifier has been on over night and the hallway seems to be drying quite well. The bedroom and living room on the other hand are not. These are brand new carpets and are therefore just retaining water. We went over with the vax again this morning and the dehumidifier has another 24 hours to work its magic.
Health visitor is coming in around half an hour and I am waiting for someone to come and look at my emmersion boiler as we are currently only generating hot water using our 2 hour boost. It seems the other part has not been working! Then I will be off to work this afternoon for another hectic day.
Hopefully this evening me and the hubster can sit down and have a conversation that doesn't involve funerals, water, floods or money!
Have a great day everyone xxxDebt August 2009 - £30,525.50Debt Paid February 2011

Glad your work saved - I hate it when that happens.
Hope you got somewhere with British Gas and the boiler.

We are so nearly at 50% debt paid I am proper excited. Going to update the signature later. Things seem to be moving however we are now stuck until the compensation month comes through which could be next year now.
