LG GW520 on Three - ok to buy?

Hi Guys
I'm not up on latest mobiles however wanted your advice on the Three network, its for my lil sis who does not really use the phone that much, its mainly txting and msn so the network seemed ideal as £10 topup you get 300 free txt's and 150meg allowance for 90 Days , no other network will work out cheaper.
Also advice on the LG GW520 would be appreciated, it looked decent enough with a full keyboard and touchscreen

Ive previously had the phone - personally i hated it, showed how much I valued my other phone, the touch screen isnt that responsive, but I dunno if your little sister may like it, - my 14 year old hated it aswell., its okay for texting, but the buttons do feel plasticy/stuck.
Just look around, I prefer the Nokia E63 if your in that budget range.0 -
