Honest to goodness is it too much to expect that when asked to put a baby to bed, one who has been stripped of dinner coated clothing, that she be dressed in a flaming sleepsuit first? Did I actually have to specify put a sleepsuit on the naked baby then put her in bed? I mean come on!!! Give me something here!!!
:rotfl: That did actually make me laugh out loud.

With Chris I bled on and off for the first few weeks, like you, they never found anything and it was put down to cervical bleeding. I did notice that I bled if I had done anything remotely strenious that day, even just hoovered was enough at times.

And yeah, they scanned me with Amber and said I was 5/3weeks when I knew I was over 6 based solely on symptoms. They used that date and booked my 12 week scan for when I would be 13 weeks exactly. I ended up as 15/5!

Glad everything is ok, rest up.
I've told OH that I'm not doing anything too energetic. Don't think he got the hint that that means I expect him to do some of those things though so I think I need to start specifying.

    Sounds distressingly familiar :(

I am lefthanded and manage a knife and fork just fine :p
I eat like a left handed person, fork is always in my right hand, never the left when using a knife. The way I see it, I shovel the food in with my most able hand - the right, I am clumsy as it is, spag bol would be disasterous if I was using the left hand, be wobbling all over t'shop.

Sorry, but that mad me :rotfl:.

I always eat with the fork in my right hand, but that is because I hadrly ever eat anything I need to use a knife for. And it means I don't have to stop chatting to you lot ;)

Susan, I bled during week 11 and from 13 till about 17 with Caitlyn... They couldn't find the cause on the first scan and put it down to a haematoma, at the second scan the (very lovely) sonographer spent ages looking and she said it was most likely to be a low lying placenta... She also printed us off a load of photos and told me to hide them in my bag so I didn't have to pay :)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Orginated in old Greek from the elements 'carus' meaing 'dear' and 'katharos' meaning 'pure' . The name evolved as a Scandinavian form of Katharina and has diminished in popularity in recent years.

Well, you learn something new every day. That is my Mums side surname.

Sorry but, :rotfl:That is something OH would do!

I went to get in the bath one night, and told him to give me 10 minutes, then bring her in to go in the bath with me.
He brought her in fully dressed and said, Oh, did you want her undressing? :rotfl:

I have an ITNG sleeping bag here in a huge size that V only used about twice before she decided sleeping bags weren't for her. PM me.

3 - On friday I have J at physio at 11.30 so is 1pm ok to meet up and just have a few drinks...I will have already eaten (dieting) but if I haven't had a chance to feed K I will get him a kiddies meal there.

1 is fine with me. I've got to be home for 20 past 3 for J, but we'll have a couple of hours to gossip.

Whilst I have my fairy head on, I sorted V's sock drawer out today and found two pair of tiny size tights, navy stripe and lilac stripe, never been worn. Would T like them?

That men for ya, i got home at 7 the other day OH was putting kids to bed (badly i must add they were all stressed!) jasmine didnt have pj's on all she had on was the tshirt she'd had on all day?? and she'd had no bleeding milk either!! which she has every night, but oh no she drank lots of juice with her tea so didnt need it apparantly!! USELESS lol!! (no offence bruno you're the exception:p)
The first time I left OH on his own with Alice I left him written instructions. One of them was 1045 hrs Bottle of EBM. I was home sooner than expected (1100 hrs) and was suprised to find he had just finished feeding her. I expressed suprise that she had fed so quickly and asked if she'd been hungry (and therefore fed early) and then he realised he'd got mixed up and started the feed at quarter to ten instead of 1045. He said, "I wondered why it took so long to get her to take it." You can't really make it any clearer than written instructions.

I was a bit miffed after this scan when I realised they hadn't even offered me a photo. With Alice's early scan they gave us a photo and it was a good one on proper photo paper - not that thin plastic stuff the others were on.

That's something I loved about being pregnant here - picture at every scan, scan once a month. We did have a nightmare one about 17 weeks though, the doctor did the 4D scan for the first time and the baby looked just like Husband's father - pointy chin and cheekbones and tiny eyes  We worried for the next month :rotfl:

Going to bed. Again, Susan, I'm really glad everything's going ok xxx
