Becles - what a lovely idea for a present. I may 'borrow' that :). It's both my parents' 65th next year and they've been so supportive this year - we wouldn't be able to move if they weren't helping us (heavily!) with the deposit (and now they've decided to not even charge us any interest on the loan and want us to pay it back over 16 years - they really are wonderful, I don't know how we would cope without them).

    Aww they sound lovely :)

Keep an eye on this site, especially the 2011 tours page:
    http://www.uksteam.info/index.htm
You'll be able to see all the trips that pass through your area.
Here I go again on my own....
  • Som - enjoy your swimming.
Kitkat - without being too indelicate, does it look like his usual poos? Are there any other signs of a possible tummy upset?
Freddie does sometimes have days when he poos considerably more than others, if there are no other signs of anything wrong, then I wouldn't worry but just keep an eye open in case it continues.
;) Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky' ;)
  • Thanks Becles, that site's great and it's got our 'local' railway listed, the West Somerset one.

Argh BM, so sorry to hear :( what a pain.

Whole house here has a bit of a cold and seems to be making everyone else sleep... I got up at 7.50 as I couldn't sleep any longer, Elijah went til 8.20 which is very rare for him, OH and FIL are still sleeping. E keeps following me around this morning and showing me a picture of Numberjack 4, saying "This is me! This is me!"

Oh - I'm trying to find athletes foot treatments that are BF friendly. I was thinking some kind of OS remedy might help? I should point out of course that I'm NOT asking for medical advice, just google help!
My GP told me that skin treatments are fine was they are topical rather than going into your system.

Alice often thinks she's a numberjack too. People ask her her name and she says, "Three". She also had a phase where she insisted on dressing in green because she was Zero.

SS, you doing something for Turkey Day?

Well, batch of bread in tins rising. Batch of apple braid dough also in bowl rising. :D May go and start some muffins in a minute while Finn is being entertained by CBeebies. :p (after I said yesterday the TV is rarely on during the day!)

E & Alice sound very cute with their Numberjacks.
