That's really horrible EA, I haven't really felt confident enough to go to a group and besides life is hectic enough at the moment!

Does anyone know anything about babies being allergic to milk?? A friend just popped over with her little boy, she thinks T has a milk allergy as he has the same symptoms that her little boy had when they discovered he was allergic... hmmmmm it would explain a few things.
Hope everyones well and happy, its lovely and sunny here, shame T is napping I would take him out for a walk
David is allergic to milk and soya and eggs. Feel free to PM me and I will help in any way I can. Whereabouts in Mid Wales are you? I am in Herefordshire so not a million miles away from some places
Hello all, not much to report here. No real damage to D after he decided to climb out of his cot in the middle of the night. He landed on the floor with an almighty thump .
A bit late but here is our Xmas picThe one thing children wear out faster than shoes is parents:D

I don't what your reason was for not with Lily but you could always try expressing a bit to supplement the formula if you decide to formula feed. It might not last long but all breastmilk is beneficial even if it's just one feed - the formula doesn't cancel it out.

There were loads of reasons with Lily. I said i will try but im still scared it will be the same as before0 -

EA, I hope all goes well tonight with your scan. Just remember with the BF your next baby - they may not be the same sex, they probably won't be the same weight, the probably won't look exactly like Lily so they probably won't feed the same as her either
Susan, sorry, I meant to say in my previous post. *gentle hugs*. I am truly sorry for you. You & your family are in my prayersThe one thing children wear out faster than shoes is parents:D

:grouphug: Even though I did manage to do it with Alice I still feel a bit  at the thought of doing it again and sometimes wonder whether I'll be able to get through the first month again.
They say each baby is different, and hopefully this baby will eb great at it.
With Lily it was her not being able to latch properly and she was losing weight even though she was feeding for upto an hour every 20mins.
It hurt so much and i cried all the time.
The BF support was rubbish aswell, i had 3 lots of different info from my GP, MW and the BF support.0 -
EA i gave up with my first after a few weeks as it was all too much, with no2 i BF him until he was 2!!! i didnt feed any of the others that long but just to let you know that it can be possible and i think with your 2nd your more confident in yourself. hope the scan goes well xx
its been a busy day here today, cant wait to climb into bed lol! I have been looking into the waterproof etc that Charlie will need and it all seems to cost a lot! I have just bought a pair of BNWT Hunter wellies for him in the next size up and thought santa could help with the added costs. He needs 2 piece waterproofs, neoprene wellies, thermals, 2 layers + spare fleece/jogging trousers, welly socks or thermal socks, hats and scarfs. thats not inc his lunch, transport, the extra we have to pay eeekkkk!!!
Tia/rmac and any other scottish ladies! have you thought of a day to meet yet???What's for you won't go past you0
