So tigs is it a series all about you????
No, on both counts :D It's a one-off documentary (the following weeks look at other life issues like dating), and the programme features the presenter Cherry and seven other Mums-to-be. At most I'll get around 5 minutes of airtime, I reckon :rotfl: Not even 15 minutes of fame, I'm afraid, but the closest I'll get!

ETA, Weezl could do the costings for butter and sugar. But cream - 80p, cheese - 94p, digestives - 69p (with 100g left over to much while it sets)
add 21 p for those extras, butter and sugar (asda smartprice, current)

Tia, that's fab, where is the 400g cheese from for 94p is that asda too?

if 8 slices, 33p per slice :money:

Tigs, have they done a follow up to find out how you and Andrew are doing?

:rotfl: I just opened a bingo window for a couple of quick games before bed and Beenie is in there!

Also, re Tia's cheesecake recipe, I would do the same thing except half the double cream plus 125ml avocaat and a lot of nutmeg and bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes till it's browning on the top. v omnomnom.

Sounds good GISI, I always get annoyed by jam with seeds and bits in. But the chilli jam I will eventually make (have all the stuff, just lacked the motivation today) will have bits in.

No, they wouldn't let us see a preview. I don't know if they'd normally do a preview screening but too few of us were local to London to go. And they wouldn't distribute a DVD for fear of it getting on tinternet before BBC show it.

For all I know, I could come across really bad ..... I'm kinda glad that I'm on holiday in a tinternet-free-zone that week :D

Edit - reply to SS - they came and filmed Andrew leaving hospital in November and I'm hoping they'll include that as the good news at the end of the story. But nothing since, this programme was actually completed at the end of 2009 and has been waiting for transmission since then.

I have been stalking you round the forum!! It's very tedious to find 10 things to post on when I have zero interest in any of them!
