If he's decent he will just want to know what's upset you and try to resolve it. If he's not, then remind him that he wouldn't have seen that post if he wasn't a friend so to mind his own business lol. It's not like you mentioned the company name.

    :)Still searching .....:)
  • Is he your friend on FB then?

Don't take this the wrong way but if one of my staff wrote that on FB then I would have a quiet word with them the first time, and if it happened again I would look at taking disciplinary action. Is that the first time he's said anything?

I'm not saying it is fair the way they are treating you though.

Hugs, it sounds like work is crap at the moment.

Sorry just skim read last few pages *hugs* to all that need them.

    :j for Susan's replies

*hugs* to Beenie and a *kick up the bum* to help with the studying :D

*hugs* SM - hope you get the work problem sorted out. I'd be careful about Facebook. I've read in the employment section about people getting into trouble for writing things about work.

The lady of the boy who James had a fight with phoned. She said she'd got her son's side and wanted to hear my side so we could work out what really did happen and the best way to handle it. She said she was poorly on Friday and at her parents so her son went to her sisters house after school and the cousin came round here before she got to know about anything. She had no idea what he said and she's livid with him for sticking his nose in. Sorted things out with her and we're going to try and get the boys to make up tomorrow. Feel happier about that now.
Here I go again on my own....

SM - Am sure he just wants to find out whats up, at least a descent boss would.

EA - the eye cream sounds a mare! I thought giving the dog eye drops was tough.

Beanie - hugs hun x I'd be gutted about the housing situation, you must feel at the end of your tetherm and the your Ex! Sending lots of lucky vibes your way, it must be your turn x But yeay for 2nd SB voucher, havent even gotten my first yet.

I think the CB thing is rubbish and very unfair, the cuts wont affect us either as we are low earners but still think its a big steaming pile!

T still out of sorts so have given her some Nuerofen to help settle her, I actually think she enjoyed it too. Hope she sleeps tonight dont want another one like last night. I did go for a nap with her earlier tho and felt much better for it and then lovely OH did tea for us :D I ordered waterproof jackets for us both off the Regatta outlet store and cos they were bargainous I got fleeces for us both too, so we are all set for the wet/cold weather.

  • HUGS SM - this is why I only have 2 links between 'work life' and 'home life' on FB - both of whom are friends not bosses and I still won't say anything about work on there.

Fingers crossed he wants to get to the root of the problem and deal with it rather than give you a b0ll0cking.

Thanks MFD for that link -have sent them some pics. How do you remember who posted which pics so long ago? May have to ask for some votes if they put my pics up :o.

Massive hugs for Beanie, SM and WM (hope I remembered everyone).

    General hugs for everyone else.

I started back at work today and C hates nursery so just have to hope she gets used to it. OH got dust in his eyes when he had to drop her off today (I usually do it) cos she was so upset.

Very quick post cos it's taken me ages to catch up cos she keeps wakin up every 20-30 mins.

Oh and she had all her jabs last Wed and then threw up for 24 hrs after. Nurse thinks it was a coincidence but who knows. We got massive seperation anxiety too (AKA clingyness), she screamed when the swimming instructer took her for a 3 second swim on Sunday which she has never done before. It will pass-it will pass-it will pass....

    Hugs to all xxx
