Hope Henry and Finn are better today and mummies get out and feel better soon too.

Alfie had got over his cold but was a snot monster again when I went in this morning.

So I'm after a bit of advice, I think. Alfie has never yet been sick after solid food, but for some time now he has been being sick after every morning milk feed. I thought it was cos as soon as he's had it he's off crawling about but actually even when I keep him sat upright on my knee he's still sick. He doesn't do it so much after his middle of the day milk, and he doesn't do it at bedtime milk, only morning. Any thoughts?

Stop feeding him in the morning? Or wait until after his breakfast to give him milk?

It sounds like it is not sitting very well in his tummy for whatever reasons so I would just stop giving it to him *shrug*

Thanks MFD. I did think about not giving him in but I'm reluctant at this stage to cut down to only 2 feeds a day. I never thought of giving him his breakfast first though :doh:

We have this one, (in pink) I think it's a nuisance lol... I used to have a tiny love play arch on the pram that you just clipped on and off easily, this is just cumbersome in comparison and you have to screw the stoopid thing on... It gets used for about a week every 3 months lol In fact, I'm not entirely sure where it is now...

There's a nice groupon for afternoon tea in Birmingham... Hubby's often mentions when we went for afternoon tea in York so I've signed up, would be a nice surprise treat for his birthday in December...

Oh and I officially have the mst useless boss, didnt get to sort my shift on Tuesdya cos she was too busy, so went in yesterday and we managed to sort out when Im returning to work and nothing else cos even tho I told her a week ago what shifts I would be able to do she hasn't looked at it. Everything has changed since I left too so not looking forward to going back. 2 staff who were junior to me are now supervisors so above me, one is lovely and the other is about as much use as a chocolate teapot! we have a new assistant manager and afore mentioned manager is moving store for 6 months for health reasons (read as can't cope cos she is such a flapper!). Not to mention all the systems have changed too. Anyhoo my paid mat leave finishes end of November and if I add hols to that I'm due to start back 23rd of Dec.... In a shop hell no! so am taking 2 weeks unpaid and starting back 3rd Jan ish. But god knows what I'll be working as apparently am gonna have to take a pay cut as I'll be pt not ft so thats about 40p an hour drop so am a little
