My car is properly !!!!!!ed. Won't get anything from these uy car places so I can't sell it. No idea how much it will cost to fix it. So I can't buy the new one and have probably just wasted £200 on a deposit. House is a bloody pigsty and I just can't get moving to do anything. College is too hard for me and I have no idea what the hell I'm doing. I can't keep up with the homework and the studying so no idea what I'm doing there at all, no doubt it will be more debt and for nothing. I'm just feeling very very bad right now.
Then it was DS1's parents eve and his issues (unofficial issues) are getting more and more pronounced (lack of concentration, social skills, always fidgeting, messy writing, unable to remember instructions etc) so I will have to look into getting him assessed and get him some help. So I guess now I have two kids with problems. Which I kinda knew but DS1 was never bad enough to need help, now the difference between him and his peers is far more obvious he does need help.
Not felt this bad in a few months now so I feel angry at myself for feeling so bad.
Some entertainment in the form of the junkies arguing about a letter that didn't get posted, started at 6.30pm, ended at 9pm with two police cars and one being lifted. Police came in to ask if I knew who had started it, I didn't because I couldn't make it out plus I was deliberately trying to ignore it, did I know who was the worse (most likely to start it) no they are both as bad as each other.kitkat5566 wrote: »Evening all, just a quick query regarding babies head position... does anyone else have problems with this? T always faces to the right no matter how many times I turn his head, he does this for sleeping/ feeding/ cuddles/ etc. I have tried blankets rolled up against his side to keep his head the other way but he still manages to get back. His head isn't flat at the moment but what I am worried about is tonight I could see his neck muscle on the one side really sticks out.. but on the other side you cant even see it, is this from him having his head constantly facing right? I am seeing my HV tomorrow so hopefully can ask her but has anyone else had this?
Sent you a PM.
And now I'm off to bed. :cool:0 -
Tia - some *big hugs* for you. You shouldn't feel angry for feeling bad...it sounds as though you're perfectly entitled to with everything you've got on your plate!
Michelle - the code has expired now. Most of your swagbucks will be got by searching but every so often they put up a code like that to get you a few extra. Thankyou for signing up via my link :A

Hi i haven't caught up but i got as far as posts up to 9pm and still another 5 pages to read, you blimmin' chatterboxes. Will go to bed and lurk from my phone.
Amber has killed my phone by eating it, the screen now has a big black circle on that won't go so i've had to order a new screen lol!Picked up quinny today and as much as I love having a quinny and it was a good deal, i'm a bit peeved that they had it listed as immaculate, which to me means pristine, almost like new..... they neglected to mention that the handle has black electrical tape round it (admiteddly well done but still), the quinny logos are rubbing off the side (i know it happens to that) and that it came from a home with pets, and had scratches and marks on it.....
You can buy the stickers for £1.25 but i too would be peeved  I would be more peeved about the tape on the handlebar though... I had major handlebar issues with the iCandy i had and did an excessive amount of foam-searching. I would demand a partial refund for that alone.I know its used etc, so i dont expect it to not have a single mark etc.... i just think that takes the mick, I mean its all fine etc and im still happy but just be honest about it you know?
Im waiting till i get my positive feedback to leave mine, although part of me is tempted to email and just say look im happy with it but just a word to the wise etc etc
Plus I think DH is peeved with me for spending money on something that wasnt as described. got it to the car and i know they say you should take the car seat off and fold down the chassis seperately etc, but obviously the previous owners havent done that, because when we tried folding it down with the seat unit on, it wouldnt stay folded down..... it only did when we took the seat unit off - i think thats why DH is so aggro about it....
It should still click into the clip with the seat unit on, as long as the seat unit is not parent facing. If it doesn't then i would think it's faulty? Unless i'm getting mixed up with the multiple other pushchairs i've had
I went to Matalan today to get Amber a few bits cos she's only got summer stuff. I hadn't realised that her clothes were too small until i bought the next size up and saw how much better they looked lol!! I am so bad. She has the cutest slippers too that actually stay on her feet and are the first things i've ever bothered putting on her feet.0 -
