Hey lady. You've been missed!! How are you? I've seen on FB that you've been busy with all sorts of adventures.

Have a look at interlink direct - an average sized box can be as little as £6.50 :money:

Oooh, thank you. I'll have a look at that when they finally call me back (they haven't actually confirmed they've found it yet ).

Whilst you're around, can you name me some of the sites you use for pressie shopping please? I know Halfcost is one of them. I want to get the rest of my Xmas shopping finished soon.

CAFC - how old is Landen now? T was 12 weeks before he'd properly hold things in his hands (he just used to bat at them up to then) and from 12 weeks he got stronger and better at this every day. I think he was abot 15 weeks before he startedf actually reaching for things that he wanted.

Becles - thanks for that info. From what age would you typically put a little ones name down for a school?

That makes me feel quite a bit better. He's obviously getting something from it... otherwise he would be so fantastically chubby and constantly gaining....
I just wasnt sure if it should be by age or by weight. According to the box he's taking about the right for his age, bbut nowhere near it fr his weight... but I shall remain baby led on everything :)

Baby-led is the best way for everything :D

We have this walker/ride-on toy for Caitlin and she loves it. The basket on the front is a nice extra. I don't know if they still make it anymore. It seems like it may have been superseded by the Stride to Ride Lion or Dino :(

I think we're going to get Caitlin a buggy for Christmas (for a doll, not for her), plus some art and craft stuff. She gets so much from other people. Has anyone got suggestions on the buggy or is cheap and cheerful the best?

I also like Debenhams because there are normally good sales and good codes and dealextreme.com for little gadgety things. There's a book sale code for a free book set when you spend £5 on heavily discounted books knocking around on this thread somewhere too :money:
Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

    12 weeks and 2 days :D
He bats at the hanging things on his play mat but most of the time he just stares and licks his own hands :rotfl:

  • CAFC- I would recommend this walker/ride-on and of course the much famed jumperoo.

I just got ID'd in Asda, which I am thrilled about as I am 27 and had Henry in tow! :j:j

I am also :j because MIL has brought me a load of kilner jars, bramley apples and green tomatoes.

Oh yeah I remember the had staring too....that was definitely 12 weeks coz we've loads of photos of him on holiday with his hands infront of his face lol. Sounds like Landen is exactly where he needs to be :)
