Afternoon everyone. Had a fab day yesterday. Alex has been spoiled wrotten with lots of lovely presents. We are blest to have such lovely family and friends who think so much of Joe and Alex. Sorry not read any of the new thread yet, so please forgive my ignorance. I'm extremely tired, awake most of the night with an annoying tickly cough and now feel totally carp.

Anyway thanks to all for the birthday wishes for Alex and I hope that glams jack is enjoying his extended birthday weekend in Wales.

Hello everone, i just popped on to say Hello Becles, how lovely to see you posting again, you were missed as was Charlotte, has James(?) started big school yet?

    Thanks :)

James hasn't started big school yet. The schools don't go back until Wednesday here. Will post pics on Wed morning. He has to leave for the bus for 7.45am so it's going to be fun getting them out of bed on a morning as they've been laying in over the holidays!

Then Charlotte starts nursery on Mon 13th. She's going every afternoon from 12.30pm - 3.30pm.

SS, the med is sodium bicarb which I understand to be basically baking powder solution

Baking powder is a mix of sodium bicarb, an acid and a starch.

I have to use sodium bicarb in my sinus washer thingy and was told to make sure it was just pure bicarb and not baking powder.
Here I go again on my own....

Huh, can you believe we live in one of the 'nicer' areas of our stinky town and there are drug deals going on outside our house!

Dh has gone to Asda to get me some pepsi max:)

Aragorn the character is awesome (and Aragorn in the film is the hottest imaginary character ever to grace my dirty thoughts), but it's a hell of a name to live up to. And what if he was a scrawny little whiner? You'd be mortified - like when you see people with Jack Russells called Maximus Rex, it's just ridiculous.
