Had a bit of a scary moment today v- just wondered if anyone had experience it/had any advice.
We went swimming this morning (T loved it!) then went back to my friends house for a brew. I was bfing T and both of his arms suddenly started quivering/shaking. He carried on feeding and the rest of his was fine. I held on to them tightly and they stopped, he's been fine since. I'm not overly concerned as he seems his normal self now but it was just a bit strange/worrying.
A used to do it when I was pregnant, id suddenly feel a huge flutter like she was trying to shake something off her hand/foot. She still does it now but only on the rare occasion. Doc just thinks its a reflex thing- nothing to worry about.
Good luck with the theory today Krystal.
Hope your tummy is better delain, at least I think it was delain? (sorry, baby head on today)
News on the muppet neighbour front: The council rang today. They want me and a few other neighbours to fill in some evidence sheets about him and then theyre going for possession of the property! :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T Theyve got other stuff on record so hes got no chance of an appeal. However, she did also say hes on bail and is being let out today but isnt sure if hes being bailed to a different address. Thank goodness im staying at ILs (never thought Id be saying that). It's Eid tomorrow so have to get A's clothes ready. Cant wait!
I didnt know there was a meet happening... mmm? I dont know if im brave enough to come! lol What time do people usually set off home?First baby born 10/06/10:heartpuls 6lb 10z:heartpulsI love my little family0 -
Amber is annoying... Just sayin'.
Got daytime telly on for a change from kids tv and i am rather unimpressed that they are painting over wallpaper which has a border.
I bet all the people who get these makeovers are well miffed when they've gone and they notice all the crap work. I mean, they put wallpaper up at £100 a roll or whatever, and put it over textured paper or wobbly walls.0 -
I think we're watching the same programme beenie lol, some things do look shoddy on there dont they, one time it showed a wall of lovely wallpaper with huge air bubbles all over it!! they do get some nice dear furniture though:D
Good news about numpty neighbour michelle! i think with the meet people generally need to be home in time to pick bigger ones up from school.. so maybe 2 ish? im guessing though, ive not been to one yet (im real i promise:p)0 -

That sounds a bit strange. Do you think he was cold or extremely tired?
I wouldn't worry too much, keep and eye on him and if it happens again/regularly then get him checked out - it may have just been an involutary muscle spasm.
You know your baby best so if you think he is okay then he most probably is xx
what the wise MFD saidHad a lovely lunch at nandos and a wander around Dobbies
The nursery have given me a HUGE bag of next clothes for Erin and Charlie, they were handed in by another parent and they said they are bursting with clothes so passed them on! The clothes are beautiful and most look like new
My CM has now had Erin a few weeks and she absolutly loves her, the only problem i am having is that she will not take payment? The last CM took £20 for 9-3 which i was happy to pay but this one said she knows i could do with a break and is happy to help! I think i should do something or contribute but she refuses every time? Payment was never talked about before as it was a chat we had walking up to school, she had thurs free and i asked if she would take E. It was all agreed and TBH i would pay more for her to be there as she is wonderful. i dont know what to give her or do?
great about the clothes! Could you say to the CM you feel uncomfortable not paying anything so agree a low figure to make you both happy? like a reducede rate or discount? Or could you put some money onto a supermarket card for things like snacks etc that E would have while at CM? then it can be used at discretion of CM????? think I got that idea from this boardr.mac, you are so wise and wonderful, that post was lovely and so insightful!0 -

Thanks for the advice guys - he was very tired coz he'd not had a nap before swimming (not from a lack of trying on my part lol) and we were in for about 40 mins today coz it was lovely and warm and the boys were loving it so much. He had gone about 2 hours between feeds but obviously will have burned a lot of it off. He;s sleeping now so I'll keep an eye and if I notice anything even slightly wrong I'l get straight on the phone.
Michelle - it was you I was thinking of when I reposted mainlyYou should definitely come. I don't think we've sorted a time out yet but it;s going to take us just over an hour from Stretford and it will depend what time Jillie can get here for.
