Help needed in finding a home for Yorkshire terrier cross

I need advice on finding a good home for Rags he is in my care as a relative is no longer in a position to look after him . He is eight years of age about the size of a border terrier a good looking dog ,he is at the vets next week having a scale and polish his breath is terrible but dont think he needs any teeth removing…

Rags is back from the vets and has had nine teeth removed and the rest have been cleaned ,his heart murmur has been has been down graded which is good news and the lumps are just fatty lumps so more good news ,hopefully I can work on his relationship with Megan I think we are getting there .
