How to completely remove Programs

Hi I had a prob with my PC It was running so slow and I could not install CCleaner In the end I went to Run/MSCONFIG/Startup disabled everything rebooted. Some of the things i had disabled enabled themselves automatically I enabled Avira antivirus and nothing else, PC is fast and it installed CCleaner. I had already uninstalled IObit and Online Armour using REVO uninstaller advanced but I noticed in startup they were still there but disabled not sure if they would work if I enabled them but i don't want to. How can I get rid of them completely Please.

Check with task manager that no associated processes are running before deleting, maybe track down the install location and manually delete eg. in program files. After run a reg cleaner - I use regseeker never had a problem but you can use Ccleaner as well.

    Do what thomas01155 said :

    (1) ccleaner / tools / starup tab / delete [ they will be greyed out anyway ] then run (2) ccleaner / registry . scan for issues / fix issues

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)
If you get a message that you cant write to the hosts file then Press the SHIFT key, and whilst holding it RIGHT CLICK and select RUN AS (admin)

Well on a different note, you have some dodgy toolbars loaded
TICK and FIX these in hijack ~
    O2 - BHO: VIPTToolbarManager Class - {1A2641AE-2C42-4C51-A05F-8ECEC3FDC94D} - C:\Program Files\Visual IP Trace 2009\VisualIPTraceIE.dll

Id recommend uninstalling the EPSON and MSN toolbars (In fact id remove the lot and put GOOGLES in its place)

Theres a good chance your infected due to the dodgy toolbar so (Entirely upto you) id recommend scanning with malwarebytes ~
Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM QUICK SCAN then click SCAN
Remove everything thats found (needs to be ticked)
Post the COMPLETE log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds
If anything was found then do the exact same but run a FULL scan
