Can I get a CCJ set aside

Also, from the other thread, it seems the reason the OP alleged was in debt was because he owed money to an ex. It seems he's got a history of fleecing women! If I were the wife I'd be asking my solicitor whether it would be worth contacting the police to see if there's a possible fraud being commited.0

Agreed - OP - You are a complete tit!!0

THanks for your comments, everyone is entitled to their opinion. I was thinking she purchased the bike for me from ebay and feedback was left and she took the cash out of the bank. From reading up on things I see that a V5 is just showing registered keeper and not owner of car, so does that mean she can force me to repay her for these items or collect them? The car is all damaged so only worth around £4500 now although it was £9k two years ago.0

wow....not even sure what to say tbh...
so you decided straight after the wedding you didn't want to be with her, not for the 3 years beforehand did it enter your mind at all? I find that damn hard to believe, then she's been paying for your life basically, as you want to leave her paying everything off including the wedding if you got your way?
People like these give men a bad rep, letting the side down...at least offer to pay half the costs for everything bar the wedding, and I'd say what 2/3rds of the wedding, all of it ideally but I can't see you doing that.0 -
It seems this idiot makes a living out of sponging off others.

We currently go through a debt management plan and HFC/Restons took use to court to obtain a CCJ. Our debt management company told us that there was no need for us to attend the local court and things would be sorted. The initial payment they ordered from the bulk collection court in Nottingham was 350, this was way more than we could afford so all relevant paper work was filled in and an offer made to pay 56 pounds per month. We were informed of the hearing date (and again told we did not need to attend). Today we received a letter from our local court simply stating
"IT IS ORDERED THAT the application to vary is dismissed" (neither part attended)
Can someone please please tell me what this means, i have looked all over the internet with no joy. Im seriously worried that this means i have to now find the full outstanding balance. But the letter doesn't state anything about whats required.
Please please can someone point me in the right direction.
apologies for posting here, i couldn't find a relevant area.
Many thanks in advance
