How much is yearly hosting and will they be doing it for you? Do you have the rights to your code i.e. can you move hosts any time you like? Is support or any upgrades included?

The overall site + hosting + maintenance package is important, which is why some companies charge a small initial setup then an ongoing hosting and maintenance fee.

Basically try and work out your costs over 3-5 years.

Hosting per year works out at £275 inc vat - This is also for SSL and unlimited bandwidth

After the services is fully payed for will have full rights to the code so can move to any host i choose.

Support is included free for 12 months and that includes upgrades made to software

Cost for year 1 = £1918 That is full cost of hosting and software and design

Cost each year after = 275

Over 5 years total cost for service would be £3018 if i kept my hosting service with the company

any advice on weather this is a great deal would be appriciated

What is your long answer? I would be intrigued to know why you don't think this is a good deal. £1600 just, for delivering all the above?

It's a steal at that price.

It looks a good site well done, have a look at djkaizen's website it's easy to find if you look at his other posts as he spams it a lot. His site is what would technically be described as "Not all that"
  • Just a quick comment - please make sure you have the legal right/proof of purchase to use all the images on the website - someone I know had a very large demand for use of images that they didn't actually own/have legal right to use on their site (and it wasn't a scam!)

I was just about to say the same thing. You may need to remove the Hannah Montana logo as you will find that is copyright and trademarked.

Looks good to me, other than the fact the logo looks like it was drawn in mspaint.

I'd ask for the edges of the logo to be done "smoother".

That aside, with a full e-commerce package, I think you've done alright there!
